RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. That’s why we offer a transparent and fair return policy.
In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
Once you request a return, you will have an additional 14 days to send the item back. After we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or there was an error in the order.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos or videos as proof. In such cases, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, you may choose to receive a refund instead.
